Privacy notice
This notice covers the website and the non-binding waitlist. Customer data in the SaaS platform is additionally governed by the customer agreement, data processing agreement and associated schedules.

Website and security data
When you access the website, hosting and proxy components may process the IP address, time, requested URL, browser identifier and status or security metadata. The application itself does not write content or IP logs. The approved operating information names Akenes SA (Exoscale) and processing in Schweiz.
Waitlist
When you join the waitlist, we process your business email address. You may optionally add your company and what you would like to do with STEREO. We use this information to manage the waitlist, understand demand and contact you about availability. A waitlist entry is not an order and promises neither product access nor an admission date.
Campaign parameters and the referring page are stored separately from free text. Form content is not sent to analytics or an email marketing service. No automated decision with legal or similarly significant effect takes place.
Retention and deletion
The approved operating configuration defines the persistent waitlist store and deletion process. The intended retention period is 365 days after the last substantive contact; backup copies expire within 30 days.
Abuse protection
With the approved proxy contract, the application temporarily uses the IP address as a key for rate limiting. It does not write the address to the waitlist record. Technical controls limit repeated and automated submissions.
Booking a conversation
No external booking service is currently embedded or active.
Email contact
The address hy@hyhy.ch is the separate operator and privacy contact of hy gmbh. Incoming email is handled by METANET AG. Email delivery may involve your own mail provider and technical filtering or transport providers. Waitlist submissions are not sent to this mailbox.
Newsletter
The website does not currently offer a newsletter subscription. Any future newsletter requires separate voluntary consent and an easy unsubscribe option.
Measurement and cookies
The website measures page views, clicks on central calls to action, and waitlist starts and results. Events, page paths and available campaign parameters are stored without cookies, persistent user identifiers, IP addresses, browser identifiers or form content. Campaign parameters remain only in session storage for the current browser session. Approved measurement data is retained for 90 days.
Your rights
You may request information, correction or deletion within the applicable legal framework. Contact us at hy@hyhy.ch.
You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner. Where the GDPR applies, its additional rights and the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority remain available.
Revision
Revision 2026-09-12. We update this notice before a material change to its purposes, data categories, recipients, processing locations, retention periods or website technology.
